Quarterly reports released

Our quarterly publication, Outlook for the quarter ended 31 March 2008 is now available.

Outlook is designed to keep you informed of the latest developments in our Funds and to highlight their performance over the quarter.

The first quarter of the year has been a challenging time for global financial markets. As you’ll read in this edition of Outlook, the long term outlook for Australian commercial property remains positive, underpinned by strong domestic economic conditions and low vacancy levels. However prudent debt control, effective capital raising and opportunistic acquisitions will play an important role in ensuring continued success in the market over the next 12 months.

In this edition of Outlook we provide:
