Quarterly report released

Our latest edition of Outlook, for the quarter ended 30 September 2008 is now available. Outlook is designed to keep you informed about the latest developments in property markets and the performance of your investment in Orchard's funds.
This quarter we are pleased to provide you with an expanded version of our usual report with in-depth information regarding our funds’ income and debt positions in light of current market conditions. Also included is a ‘Focus on risk’ section which highlights the steps we are taking at a Fund and corporate level and provides the following information:
- Fund overview, including performance
- Portfolio overview, including tenancy details
- Debt maturity profile (debt information is based on the most recent audited accounts – 30 June 2008, in line with ASIC guidance)
- Fund cash flow
- Position in relation to key debt covenants
- Key risks and strategies for managing risk in the current climate
