Orchard Annual General Meeting

The Orchard Funds Limited (OFL) 2009 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held this morning.
We are pleased to confirm that Charles Macek and Chris Thiris have received strong shareholder support at today’s AGM and have been re-elected as directors of OFL.
The results of the polls are shown below. Over 94% of votes cast were in favour of the resolutions.
Resolution 1 – re-election of Charles Macek as a Director
- For: 68,984,061 (94%)
- Against: 4,107,316 (6%)
- Abstain: 2,968,047
Resolution 2 – re-election of Chris Thiris as a Director
- For: 65,463,631 (94%)
- Against: 4,219,398 (6%)
- Abstain: 6,376,395
