OFL Co Limited (OFL, formerly Orchard Funds Limited) today announced that settlement for the sale of its funds management business Orchard Capital Investment Limited (OCIL) to Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) occurred on 30 December 2011, in accordance with information previously provided to shareholders.
