Orchard Diversified Property Fund - Sale of Unlisted Units to MSREI

Orchard Capital Investment Limited (OCIL), as the responsible entity of the Orchard Diversified Property Fund (DPF) confirms that it has completed the second stage of the Recapitalisation Plan agreed with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) involving the sale of unlisted units for $45 million. Proceeds of the unit sale have been fully utilised to repay debt.
