Chevron Renaissance Property Trust – Refinance Mezzanine Facility to MSREI

Orchard Capital Investment Limited (OCIL), as the responsible entity of the Chevron Renaissance Property Trust (CRPT) today confirmed that it has repaid the Qualitas mezzanine finance facility which was due to mature next month and has entered into a new less expensive mezzanine debt facility with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI).
