Chevron Renaissance Property Trust

The Chevron Renaissance Property Trust (Chevron) was established and owns the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre located in Surfers Paradise Queensland. The Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre comprises a partially closed “city centre” shopping centre featuring a Coles supermarket, supported by 52 specialty shops, four ATMS and a further 17 office suites.

The Trust’s objectives are to provide regular partially tax-deferred income with prospects for capital growth.

The entitlement offer for the Chevron Renaissance Property Trust closed on 31 May 2010. The minimum subscription was not reached and accordingly the Offer will not proceed.
