The Fund provides exposure to 219 purpose-built, fully-tenanted properties. The Fund has a broad geographic exposure across Australia and New Zealand (199 centres), with the portfolio of properties generally leased on long term arrangements directly to, or guaranteed by, reputable child care operators (as at 30 September 2008).

Investment objective

To provide regular partly tax-deferred income with moderate capital growth over the long term by investing in a portfolio of quality child care property assets.
