The Fund’s portfolio of commercial office property is comprised of quality office properties across Australia and in New Zealand. The Fund seeks to continue to acquire properties in line with its investment strategy and objectives, focusing on assets that complement the existing portfolio.
Investment objective
To provide a high level of tax-advantaged income combined with capital growth to investors over the medium to long term.
