Portfolio
The Fund has exposure to over 400 quality assets across both traditional and non-traditional sectors, with a broad geographic spread. It has 12 directly held properties, and exposure to over 400 other property assets through investments in unlisted funds and a 42% interest in the listed Orchard Industrial Property Fund (ASX: OIF). The Fund focuses on investment in conventional commercial property, including offi ce, industrial, and retail properties, as well as special purpose commercial property such as childcare facilities, hospitals, medical centres and agricultural infrastructure.
Key investments
- Clarence Street, Sydney, NSW - This `A´ grade commercial office property was completed in 2000, comprising two levels of retail, including a childcare centre on the lower ground level and 16 upper levels of office space. The property is 50% owned by the Fund*.
- Chevron Renaissance, Surfers Paradise, QLD - This five level shopping centre has prime position in the heart of Surfers Paradise, with 75 specialist tenancies. The property is 50% owned by the Fund*.
- Customs House, Fremantle, WA - This property is a modern three level office building housed within an iconic heritage listed facade with basement parking for 59 cars.
- The Orchard Childcare Property Fund - A geographically diverse portfolio of 199 predominantly purpose built child care centres across Australia and New Zealand. The Fund has a 5% exposure to the Orchard Childcare Property Fund.
