The Orchard Hybrid Property Fund  aims to invest in a portfolio of quality property securities, comprising a blend of both Australian and global listed and unlisted property securities.

The Fund provides investors with exposure to traditional property sectors such as office, industrial and retail properties and non-traditional sectors such as hotels, childcare facilities, hospitals and medical centres.
