The Orchard Hybrid Property Fund invests in Australian and global listed and unlisted securities. Property securities are interests in managed investment schemes that invest predominately in property or property related investments.

Current portfolio

Unlisted property securities currently attribute 55.3% of the Fund (as at 31 March 2010):

  • Orchard Commercial Office Fund: 17%
  • Orchard Essential HealthCare Trust: 21%
  • Orchard Childcare Property Fund: 11%
  • Other: 7%

Listed property securities make up 44.7% of the Fund (as at 31 March 2010):

  • ING Wholesale Global Property Securities Fund: 32%
  • BT Wholesale Property Securities Fund: 12%
