Asset and sectoral diversification
The Fund maintains a geographically diverse portfolio of infrastructure assets, while pursuing a strategy of re-weighting assets to reduce its exposure to the drought affected Murray-Darling basin.

Tenant diversification
We actively seek high quality, reputable tenants to occupy properties within the Fund, aiding stability and reliability.

Lease structuring
We seek to negotiate long leases to help provide consistency of income over time, with annual rental increases generally built in to protect against inflation.
