Social Infrastructure

The term “social infrastructure” encompasses a diverse range of community services, agencies, facilities and other social support measures which contribute to a community’s overall sustainability and cohesion. Currently this trust focuses on the healthcare property sector. This sector exhibits consistently strong fundamentals driven by Australia’s ageing and growing population, which in turn creates demand for the services provided by the healthcare industry.

Established, reputable investments

This trust primarily invests in property funds established and managed by the Orchard Group. The Trust may also invest directly in property. These investments may provide exposure to property assets in various sub-sectors which assist in the provision of community services, such as private hospitals, medical centres, day care centres and kindergartens.
