    Fund Overview

    Established in 2002, the Sydney HealthCare Trust has invested in healthcare assets in NSW. The trust currently pays quarterly income distributions to investors. As this investment is a fixed-term trust, it is unable to offer a withdrawal facility at this time.

    Portfolio Overview

    The Trust owns medical centres across NSW, predominantly in Sydney and surrounding areas. The portfolio is fully leased to Primary Health Care (PHC), a publicly listed company and exhibits a secure and long lease expiry profile. PHC continue to operate profitably.

    Investor Liquidity

    The Trust is due to wind up during a two year period that is anticipated to commence in July 2012. Progressive repayment of the Trust’s debt will take place as each asset within the Trust is sold.

    In the meantime, management of the leases to Primary Health Care and general asset management activities of the facilities continue.
